NOTICE - PAINTED HEADS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL TO SHIP!

Due to personal circumstances painted heads may take longer than the 8 weeks usual lead time to ship currently. I have a tremendous reputation within this community and fulfil every order however I paint everything myself. Due to circumstances out of my control for the short term things may take a little longer due to my time currently being needed elsewhere.

All unpainted heads continue to ship within the usual time frame and are not affected.

Please only order if you are comfortable with the above. As always I am happy to answer all enquiries through email contact.

I thank you all for you custom, patience and support during this time,

Which material are your custom heads and accessories made of?

My custom hand-painted heads and accessories are made from Formlabs White V4 resin. This means that whilst they are durable, they are not designed as a toy. Many accessory parts feature delicate fine detail.

What are your shipping options?
Shipping is worked out based on the item, due to weight differences.
  • Within the U.K, the postage charge for heads and other smaller accesories is £4.50. The postage charge for rest of the world orders is £12.50.
  • The postage charge for full customs within the U.K is £5.00. The postage charge for rest of the world orders is £19.00.
  • You are responsible for any import taxes owed on delivery of your items.

How long will it be until my order is despatched?
  • For unpainted heads and accessories, please allow up to 5 working days between placing your order and despatch.
  • For custom hand-painted accessories, please allow up to 4 weeks between placing your order and despatch.
  • For painted heads, please allow up to 8 weeks between placing your order and despatch.
  • For full custom hand-painted figures, please allow 8 weeks between placing your order and shipping.
  • If your item ships and it is returned to me due to an incorrect address, should the mistake be made by you on the order you are responsible for the cost to resend the item. Should I be at fault it will be resent free of charge.

What type of processing work is required for your unpainted items?
  • I recommend priming unpainted resin items before painting. I personally use Games Workshop's primer.
  • For my unpainted heads, some hollowing of the inside of the head will be required depending on the torso you are using. To do this you will need a dremel style hand drill. I offer a priming and hollowing service .
  • These heads MUST NOT be heated with boiling water/a hair dryer. This will affect the resin and damage the print.

Do your 3D printed heads and accessories require sanding?
My 3D printed parts may feature very small support marks, which you can choose to sand with emery/wet and dry paper. However, in my experience I have found these to be barely visible due to the small scale upon which they are made.

How do I best attach the head to my wrestling figure?
I use a small sphere of Ferris' sticky Mould-a-Wax to secure the head onto the neck pin, however if you're unable to get hold of Mould-a-Wax, another option is blu-tack.

How to remove a head from a figure?
My personal favoute method is to boil water, put the figure in it for a couple of minutes and the head should pop off. I find using a hair dryer can melt the figure (I have done this myself!)

Clear paper decals Vs White paper decals

I offer two types of decals so please make sure you are aware of what you are ordering before paying (or you could be in for a bad time when it comes to the application!)

White paper decals are the usual style. These go over any colour and the picture is fully printed. You apply them in the usual way. The paper of these is usually slightly thicker and can appear more obvious around the edges of application. They are usually easier to apply due to the thickness of the paper.

Clear decals will often require a white base to be put down before applying. I will always use clear decals (if you have applied tattoos on a figure these use clear paper). Although harder to use due to them being thinner than white paper, they are less obvious around the edge of the decal giving a more seamless finish. My instagram page has examples of how to use them.

What is your returns/refund policy?
As my creations are custom hand-painted pieces of artwork, refunds and returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly via [email protected] to discuss potential options.

Should a refund be required on an order due to a mistake by the customer and at no fault to CMW toys (for example, selecting the wrong shipping country at checkout and not wanting to pay the remaining postage) all refunds will be made minus payment processing fees.

Stolen / Missing Package Policy
If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with their local delivery company and file a police report if necessary. CMW Toys will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.

OUR HEADS ARE NOT ADVISED FOR PLAYING WITH. THEY'RE MADE FROM RESIN AND HAND PAINTED WHICH CAN DAMAGE EASIER THAN PLASTIC. WE ADVISE THEY ARE USED FOR DISPLAY OR PHOTOGRAPHY ONLY.
